The Women Entrepreneurs Lab (WEL) was an accelerator-style programme implemented by CyprusInno (powered by SocialTech Lab) and sponsored by Chevron Cyprus.
Bringing together women founders and graduates of the Academy for Women Entrepreneurs (AWE) from across Cyprus, the programme aimed to equip women-led businesses with the skills, mentorship, tools, and networks needed to scale sustainably and strengthen investment readiness.
Through intensive workshops, expert-led sessions, personalized mentorship, and pitch preparation, participants explored strategies for business growth, financial planning, branding, leadership, and fundraising — contributing to a stronger and more inclusive entrepreneurial ecosystem in Cyprus.
Structure of the Programme

2-day intensive bootcamp combining practical training, mentorship, and business growth strategy

10–15 selected women entrepreneurs with operational businesses participating in an accelerator-style experience
