Mentorship & Founder Support

SocialTech Lab provides tailored mentorship to entrepreneurs and innovators of all stages of growth, youth-led teams, and social innovators in fragile and transition contexts. Through one-to-one mentoring, cohort-based guidance, and expert-led sessions, we support founders to strengthen ideas, build viable ventures, and navigate complex social, political, and market environments. STL  combines practical support with strategic guidance, helping innovators grow with confidence.

Positive Peace & Conflict-Sensitive Innovation

Our work integrates positive peace principles and conflict-sensitive approaches into innovation ecosystems. We host and convene innovators from conflict-affected communities in safe, neutral spaces that enable collaboration, dialogue, and joint problem-solving. We share our experience through talks, facilitation, and advisory support, helping organisations embed social cohesion, trust-building, and inclusion into innovation and entrepreneurship initiatives. ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎

Curriculum & Programme Development

We design, develop, and co-develop curricula for entrepreneurship, innovation, and positive peace–driven programmes. Working closely with partners, we create learning journeys that combine practical tools with systems thinking, inclusion, and community-led approaches. Our curricula are tailored to specific contexts and audiences, and are designed to be adaptable, scalable, and aligned with institutional and community needs.

2023-2024

In 2023-2024, our community grew to 7,000+ members with a 20% increase this year alone. We supported 130+ startups, delivered 160+ mentorship hours, engaged 1,600+ participants, and distributed €100,000 in funding to empower youth and marginalized entrepreneurs.
